Organic rice bran oil can be used in skin care formulations or as an oil alone.
Suitable for all skin types, but especially beneficial for dehydrated, scaly, delicate, mature or fragile skin or thin hair.
Can be used in most DIY skin care formulas, including facial care products, soap making, massage oils and other body care and cosmetic products.
Make your own DIY nourishing mask for dry skin with rice bran oil:
- Mash a 1/2 banana with a fork or use a blender
- Add a tablespoon of oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons rice bran oil
- 1 egg yolk
- Mix it well together to an even mass and apply the mask on cleansed and clean skin
- Let the mask sit for 15 to 20 minutes
- Then remove with a damp cloth and rinse with warm water
Application:
- As a face oil where it minimizes fine lines and wrinkles
- Also suitable for oily or problematic skin type
- Apply to the skin a few drops daily or as needed
- Like eye serum, a drop under each eye that is gently dabbed into the skin
