About the acupressure ring:
When the acupuncture points are activated, you treat both the organs and their zones, which control the various muscles in the body and many of the body's other vital functions.

Heart meridian: Palpitations/heart pain, chest pain, mood swings, mental disorders, fever, dry mouth and throat, sweat.

Here's how you do it:
- The ring is used for massaging the fingers of both hands
- Make sure to get well around the skin by the nails
- Massage daily and make sure you have the acupressure ring lying somewhere where you sit comfortably
- Use it for 1-2 min. on each finger
