Organic soy "meat" from biogan is made from soybeans that have been pressed for oil.
Soy meat is suitable for vegetarian and vegan dishes, as a substitute for animal meat.
When preparing, it is recommended that the soy meat is cooked with either herbs or vegetable broth.

Here's how:
For 100g of soy meat, use 1/2 liter of boiling water
Soak the meat for 5 minutes
To give it a little flavor, you can add a bouillon cube
After soaking, 100g of soy meat corresponds to 250g of meat
