Pancakes with oat bran, how to make them:
2 eggs
200g oat bran
1 pear
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp honey
2.5 dl milk
Butter for frying
Whisk eggs, oat bran and grated pear.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
They are a little harder to turn than normal pancakes and need longer to bake.
Topping: chopped nuts, fresh fruit or berries
