The sunscreen has a natural sun filter that protects with factor 30, as well as UVA and UVB protection. The sunscreen can be used by everyone in the family.
The cream is very gentle to use, and has a lovely, pleasant consistency that makes it easy to spread and is also absorbed really well and quickly.

General good sun advice:
1. Shade - You can avoid much of the sun's UV radiation if you seek shade when the sun is strongest between noon and 3 p.m.
2. Sun hat/clothing - Cover bare skin with clothing and use a wide-brimmed sun hat that covers the head and ears, and shades the face and neck.
3. Sunscreen - Sunscreen should be applied to areas of the body that are not covered by clothing. Use a sunscreen with at least factor 15. Apply generously, a good rule of thumb is to use a handful of sunscreen for one body
