Organic spelt flakes from biogan are an absolutely wonderful ingredient at the breakfast table.
Whether you like warm, creamy porridge, muesli or freshly baked buns, organic spelt flakes are ideal.
For muesli, it is recommended that the spelt flakes are toasted in a pan with honey.
Spelt flakes do not need to be soaked before using them in your baked goods.
Spelt flakes can also be used in pies.
Recipe for spelt porridge:
2 dl spelt flakes
4.5 dl water
½ tsp salt
Let the porridge cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. After which the porridge is now ready to be eaten, you can choose to eat it as it is, or with, for example, some berries, almonds and chocolate drops.
