Organic brown round rice from biogan is of European origin.
Brown round rice is whole grain rice and is considered a good alternative to regular white rice, as it is a source of dietary fiber.
Brown round rice is delicious for porridge, as loose rice, in a meal salad or pâté.
Leftovers from, for example, rice porridge, you can always turn into tasty and filling cake pops.
Brown round rice can also be used for sushi.
Cooking instructions: 1 part rice to 2 parts water, which is boiled for approx. 50 minutes.
Recipe for filling vegan rice porridge:
200g brown round rice, 1 liter of almond drink and vanilla sugar.
Cook the rice and almond drink until it has a nice creamy consistency, and season with vanilla sugar.
Recipe for vegan cake pops:
Mix the rice porridge with flour, vanilla sugar and possiblya little almond drink until it has a good sticky consistency and then fry the cakes in coconut oil.
