Organic Teff flour from biogan is high in protein and dietary fiber and, not least, it is naturally gluten-free. There is no taste difference between light and dark teff flour.
Before teff flour is ground, it consists of very small seeds that come from the grass species, teff.
Teff is a fine seed from an ancient grain that originates from Ethiopia.
Due to its delicious nutty flavor, teff flour is suitable for baking cakes, and of course the Ethiopian flatbread, Injera.
Organic teff flour also contributes to a delicious and alternative flavor in, for example, porridge and pancakes.
When baking, teff flour can be used with other types of flour to achieve optimal baking performance.
