Organic gluten-free banana flour from Biogan is made from green bananas (color 1,2 which is very green). Green bananas are more bitter and less sweet in their taste.
The bananas are peeled and dried, when dry, they are ground into very fine banana flour.
The flour has virtually no banana flavor, and is therefore a good substitute for regular wheat flour.
Banana flour is more economical to use compared to, for example, wheat flour, so you don't need to use nearly as much of it.
Suggestion: Replace, for example, 200 grams of wheat flour with 150 grams of banana flour.
Banana flour can be used for gluten-free baked goods, such as pancakes, smoothies, bread and cakes.
