Organic flaxseeds from biogan are fantastic and tasty flaxseeds that are especially suitable for baking and in muesli.
This means that it is easy to incorporate flaxseeds into your breakfast, even if you prefer warm and freshly baked buns or yogurt with organic and tasty toppings.
Organic flaxseeds in homemade crispbread:
1 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl flaxseeds
3 ½ dl rye flour
2 dl cold water
1 1/4 olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
2 ½ tsp sea salt
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth. Then divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion out very thinly between two pieces of baking paper, and place them on separate baking sheets. Cut the dough into squares and bake the crispbreads for fifteen minutes at 200 degrees.
