ZECHSAL - Magnesium Oil

ZECHSAL magnesium oil helps restore your magnesium balance. The magnesium oil is made from pure magnesium (31% concentration) sourced from the Zechstein Sea.

ZECHSAL magnesium oil is a concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride (31%) dissolved in water and comes in a pump-dispenser bottle for easy application.

It is called "magnesium oil" because of its oily texture. Magnesium oil offers an ideal, quick, and effective way to absorb magnesium through the skin.

The magnesium oil can be applied to the entire body (avoid the face). The areas with the best absorption are the feet, armpits, and abdomen.

Magnesium restores energy in the body's cells, helps with musculoskeletal issues, and reduces cramps and muscle pain.

Usage and dosage:
Apply 10 pumps daily (approx. 200 mg, half of the daily requirement), preferably spread throughout the day—for example, morning and evening. Leave it on for at least 10 minutes. Rinse off any excess oil with water if desired. A slight tingling or warming sensation is completely normal and indicates that the magnesium is being absorbed. You will experience pleasant muscle relaxation afterwards. The feet, abdomen, and armpits are particularly effective areas for absorption. Do not apply the magnesium oil to the face. If applying the oil right before bed, it is best to wear old sleepwear or socks to prevent it from getting on your bed linen. Tip: If the skin is warm—for example, after a bath or exercise—absorption is significantly enhanced. Avoid contact with the eyes or open wounds, as this may cause a burning sensation.

Note: Not suitable for children under 6 years of age; due to the magnesium concentration, magnesium oil may pose a risk of skin irritation. For children aged 6 and older with sensitive skin, you may dilute the oil with water to minimize any stinging or tingling sensation. For less sensitive children (aged 6 and up), the magnesium oil can be applied in its undiluted form—for instance, to the soles of the feet. Applying the oil to the feet before bedtime typically works very well for children.

Avoid contact with the eyes or open wounds; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

Direct contact between the oil and clothing or bedding may cause staining.
