Payment

At ORGANIC Beauty Shop you can pay with Visa, JCB or MasterCard.

All prices are incl. VAT.

Regardless of card type/method, the fee is DKK 0.00.

Payments are deducted on Thursdays, meaning you can get credit time.

 

Delivery

Your order will be shipped with Postnord and DPD, shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your transaction.

Delivery time will be 3-6 days depending on the country. 

 

Shipping damage

If you receive damaged goods, you must write to us within 24 hours of receipt

ekspedition@beauty-supply.dk.

Please fill in the following in the subject field: Damaged product received on xx.xx.xxxx.

We process your email within 24 hours.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your products, or take physical possession of the last product in the case of an agreement for several different products ordered in one order and delivered individually.

The notification must be given by email to ekspedition@beauty-supply.dk or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo this by simply refusing to receive the shipment or failing to pick up the package at the selected parcel shop without a prior written agreement by email.

All returned packages received, for which there is no prior agreement, as mentioned, will have a return shipping amount deducted from the total amount of the product purchase, and this will be visible on the credit note that will be sent to the provided email address.

FOOD PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED, AS STORAGE AND TRACEABILITY, FROM OUR SIDE, MUST BE DOCUMENTED BEFORE THE FOOD ADMINISTRATION (FVST) AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THAT AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

 

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the package. You bear the risk of the products reaching us safely.

 

No right of withdrawal

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery

 

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the product's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.

If the product has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

 

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Send an email with the complaint to info@beauty-supply.dk, where you describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

We provide the following information about you to Postnord and GLS: name, address, telephone/mobile, e-mail address

The personal information is registered with ORGANIC Beauty Supply ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

Terms and conditions for B2B customers

 

New customers

As a customer, you must have a vatnumber to be able to B2B trade.

Payment must be made by Visa or MasterCard. organicbeautysupp.dk is approved by Nets to handle the above payment cards via Quickpay. Payment by credit card via Quickpay is PCI certified and 3D secured. The amount is deducted from your card when the item is dispatched.

The invoice is attached to the shipment and sent by e-mail to the given e-mail address.

Payment terms

You must pay by card. We will deduct the amount from your card on Thursday, meaning you can get some credit time.


Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, however, orders taken will always be delivered at the stated prices.


Price changes

Price changes are announced via newsletter and/or the products are posted as news.

Product changes, such as inci, ingredients, content, etc.

If there are changes to a product in relation to ingredients, ingredients, content, etc. we list the product as "New". That is why it is important that you, as a dealer, follow the News category so that you also get your website updated.

Image and text belongs to ORGANIC Beauty Supply and may only be used if you are an active dealer.

Organic Beauty Supply delivery time is 2-6 working days.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.
