Trading conditions for B2B customers

 

New customers

As a customer, you must have a Cvr. number to be able to trade.

Payment must be made via mobilepay, Dankort, VisaDankort, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro. organicbeautysupp.dk is approved by Nets to handle the above payment cards via Quickpay. Payment by credit card via Quickpay is PCI certified and 3D secured. The amount is deducted from your card when the item is dispatched.

The invoice is attached to the shipment and sent by e-mail to the given e-mail address.

Orders for which no card or mobile payment has been received within 10 days will be automatically deleted and a new order will have to be placed.

 

Terms and conditions

If you are approved for credit and still choose to pay by card, we must make you aware that we will deduct the amount when the order is dispatched. If you want to use your credit, you must select "invoice" at the bottom of the payment module.

Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, however, orders taken will always be delivered at the stated prices.

Due to the current crisis, we have chosen to close the warehouse for expeditions on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Furthermore, you should also be aware that due to small package amounts at GLS, our packages are already collected from 13.00 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

 


Price changes

Price changes are announced via newsletter and/or the products are posted as news.

 

Product changes, such as inci, ingredients, content, etc.

If there are changes to a product in relation to ingredients, ingredients, content, etc. we list the product as "New". That is why it is important that you, as a dealer, follow the News category so that you also get your website updated.

 

Rights

Image and text belong to ORGANIC Beauty Supply and may only be used if you are an active dealer.

 

Payment terms

If you have obtained credit, you must be aware that it automatically expires on the 3rd late invoice payment over 6 months and you must use card or mobile payment for order delivery.

 

Freight
Free shipping on orders over DKK 999 ex. VAT

For orders under DKK 999 ex VAT, we follow GLS shipping prices
All packages are sent with GLS to the address provided.


If you have provided the wrong postal address or it is not possible for GLS to deliver the package due to the lack of a business recipient agreement, GLS will typically re-address or send to an alternative address (parcel shop). the order is therefore attributed a fee of DKK 55.00 ex. VAT, for which you will receive a payment link that covers the costs we have specifically paid on your behalf. If you are not satisfied with GLS's handling of your package, you must contact GLS.

There may be a slight delay on these extra fees, as we receive a bill from GLS once a month.

The package number will always appear on the payment link, so you can take up the dialogue with GLS yourself.

If you have moved from the stated postal address, it is your own responsibility to obtain the package from GLS.

Organic Beauty Supply delivery time is 2-3 working days.

The order is exclusive of freight and customs.

In addition, a manual customs fee of DKK 150 ex. VAT.

 

Shipping damage

If you receive a damaged product, you can write to ekspedition@beauty-supply.dk.

Please fill in the following in the subject field: Damaged product received on xx.xx.xxxx.

We process your email within 24 hours.

 

Return of defective products

We only exchange or credit defective goods if they are returned. We send a pdf postnord return label that you can send to your customer.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your products, or take physical possession of the last product in the case of an agreement for several different products ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email to ekspedition@beauty-supply.dk or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to accept the shipment, without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.

FOOD PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED, AS STORAGE AND TRACEABILITY, FROM OUR SIDE, MUST BE DOCUMENTED BEFORE THE FOOD ADMINISTRATION (FVST) AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THAT AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the package. You bear the risk of the products reaching us safely.

The condition of the product when you send it back: You are only liable for any deterioration in the product's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.

If the product has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to the purchase of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Send an email with the complaint to ekspedition@beauty-supply.dk, where you describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Payment

At ORGANIC Beauty Shop you can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, JCB, MasterCard and mobilepay.

All prices are incl. VAT.

Regardless of card type/method, the fee is DKK 0.00.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

 

Delivery

Your order is sent by GLS and shipping cost will be shown when finishing order and before you go to approve buy and cardpayment
