The organic mussels come from an organic aquaculture farm on the Spanish northwest coast, which operates in harmony with nature and helps to promote the sustainability of the species.
Here they live for a period of one year on a rope that goes 12 meters into the depth before being hand-packed and placed in a marinade with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, paprika, onion and garlic from certified organic farms.
The mussels are processed while they are fresh, which results in a significantly better quality product and, not least, a significantly better taste experience.
