biogan organic seitan is a plant-based protein source (meat substitute) made from wheat gluten, and is therefore also called wheat meat.
Seitan has a high protein content and is suitable as a substitute for meat.
Try seitan in salads, stews or try a pure seitan burger or pulled seitan.
Organic seitan contains tamari, which gives it a dark glow that is a bit reminiscent of duck meat. The taste is mild like chicken and seitan is therefore ideal in spicy dishes.
Also try as gyros, in sandwiches or as a burger, only your imagination sets the limits.
