Organic corn grits from biogan are gluten-free, which means that the gluten content does not exceed 20 mg per kg.
Corn grits are crushed corn kernels. Corn grits are the main ingredient in the dish polenta.
Polenta is made by boiling the organic corn grits in water or other liquid.
The polenta can then be baked, fried or grilled and eaten in vegetarian dishes.
Recipe for polenta:
Use 1.25 ltr. water, 300g corn grits and a little salt.
Cook the corn grits for approx. 45 min. while stirring and over low heat.

Grease a dish with olive oil, pour the porridge into the dish, smooth it out and place a piece of baking paper over it.
Let it set until it gets cold, for at least 2 hours.
Cut the polenta into thin sticks. Toss them well in oil, season and bake at 225 degrees in hot air for 30 minutes until crispy.
