biogan organic black-eye beans or black-eyed beans, as they are also called, are small and raw white beans with a small black eye.

Beans are legumes and have a high content of proteins and dietary fiber. Legumes are therefore a good basic food for a vegetarian lifestyle, good for salads, soups or simply as a side dish.

 

Here's how:

Soak the beans for 10-12 hours in plenty of water, as they rise to approximately double their size

Pour off the water and boil the beans in new water for at least ½ hour

Cooked beans can be frozen for later use
