Organic cooked soybeans from biogan are suitable as a filling in soups, pâtés and all kinds of stews.

Soybeans can also be marinated or used in salads, as a side dish for lunch or dinner.

Soak the soybeans for 10-12 hours.

Pour the water over the beans and boil them in fresh water for half an hour to an hour
