Method:
1. Soak the seeds for 10-12 hours, remember to change the water along the way
2. Place the seeds in a germination container and spread them evenly
3. Rinse with fresh cool water two to three times daily throughout the growth
4. Due to lectins in beans, the beans must grow for a minimum of four days until they have set a small sprout of 1 cm, which can take up to eight days before the first leaf unfolds
