ZECHSAL - Magnesium foot bath crystals

ZECHSAL magnesium bath crystals offer an effective way to absorb magnesium through the feet. Pure, relaxing indulgence right before bedtime.

ZECHSAL bath crystals consist of pure magnesium chloride in solid form. The crystals dissolve excellently in water. 750g jar, enough for 6 foot baths.

The feet are an excellent point for magnesium absorption. Additionally, a foot bath is highly effective for eliminating waste products.

These magnesium foot bath crystals help restore your magnesium balance. The bath crystals are made from pure 47% magnesium chloride sourced from the Zechstein Sea.

Usage and dosage:

Adults:

125 grams in approx. 4 liters of warm water (37°C)

Duration: Minimum 20 minutes; half an hour is optimal

For general maintenance of your magnesium balance, take a foot bath twice a week. For health issues, we recommend taking a foot bath every other day, preferably in the evening before bedtime.

Children:

Children aged 0–2 years:

Two to three times a week: a bath (approx. 30 liters of warm water at 37°C) with approx. 100 grams of crystals

Children aged 3–6 years:

Two to three times a week: a foot bath (3 liters of warm water at 37°C) with approx. 40 grams of crystals, or a bath (50 liters of water) with 150 to 200 grams of crystals twice a week.

Children aged 7–12 years

Two to three times a week: a foot bath (3 liters of warm water, 37°C) with approx. 50 grams of crystals, or a bath (50 liters of warm water, 37°C) with 200 to 250 grams of crystals.

Children aged 13–16 years

Gradually increase the dosage to approx. 80–100 grams of crystals for a foot bath and 500 grams for a full bath, using warm water (37°C).

Not suitable for electric foot baths due to the corrosive effect of magnesium on metal parts and the pump system.
