The file efficiently and quickly forms the nail and even a dry nail tape can gently be filed away so the skin becomes soft and smooth again.
The nail file, thanks to its unusual density in the grinding grains, gives the nails a very nice and even edge.
The file is in a small cork case that makes it appealing to look at.
Orsasandsten originates from Dalarna in central Sweden. The stone is 360 million years old and consists of silicon-bonded quartz. The sandstone is primarily used as building blocks, millstones, gravestones and grinding stones due to its unusual abrasion resistance and long-lasting durability. The sand grains in the stone are so delicate that the sandstone is also used for nail files and foot files. Both types are sustainable and extremely durable.
