Gelatin is used for, for example, fromage, desserts, jellies and various forms of mousse.
How to do it:
Put the desired number of leaves in cold water for 5 minutes, then carefully press out the water.
Hot dishes: then add the leaves directly to the hot dish and stir thoroughly. The gelatin will then dissolve.
Cold dishes (also applies to cream): Follow point 1 and dissolve the gelatin in a little hot liquid. Then slowly stir the cold mixture into the gelatin. IMPORTANT: do not do it in the opposite order.
Place the food in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours.
Warning:
Never let the gelatin boil
Cannot be used with raw pineapple, kiwi and papaya.
Store dry and protect from strong odors
