When buckwheat flakes are certified gluten-free, it means that grinding and packaging take place in a factory that exclusively processes gluten-free products.
Samples are taken regularly and analyzed for gluten, ensuring that the limit values are met, i.e. that the gluten content does not exceed 20 mg per kg.
The flakes are rinsed during processing.
