Organic protein galettes from biogan are made from corn and 36% legumes. This means that in addition to corn, flour produced from chickpeas, red lentils and dried peas is used.
The ground legumes are mixed with corn, salt and a little water. They are then cooked in a so-called galette machine, which uses heat and pressure to shape them into galettes.
The galettes have a protein content of 15%, and they are just crunchy and crispy every time.
A wonderful little snack for the little hunger, or with, for example, neutral cream cheese, sliced salmon and chives.
Galettes are simply perfect as a starter or try a pizza snack:
1 piece protein galette
1 tbsp pizza sauce
28 g grated cheese
Put sauce and cheese on the galette and put it in the oven until the cheese is melted
