The wonderful cherry juice from biogan is made from a mixture of pressed organic bird cherries (Prunus avium) which is sweet in its taste, and organic sour cherries (Prunus cerasus) which is a sour berry.
The taste is both wonderfully fresh and sweet at the same time. A wonderful juice that clearly tastes of sun and summer.
The cherry juice can be enjoyed as a chilled drink, but can certainly also be used in both cooking and desserts.
Organic cherry juice is made without the use of concentrates. The juice is pasteurized.
Shake the bottle well before opening, as natural sedimentation may occur.
Store in the refrigerator after opening and use within a few days.
