Cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil from Danish Nyborggaard is delivered in a practical 1 liter bag-in-box packaging.
Rapeseed oil is ours, i.e. the "olive oil" of the Nordics and an ideal oil in the Nordic kitchen, where the oil can for example be used in baked goods as well as for pestos, soups and frying etc.
The organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil is extracted by gentle cold-pressing of the organic rapeseeds, which are grown in West Jutland.
The cold pressing takes place in a dark and protected atmosphere, thereby avoiding harmful effects on the oil from light and oxygen.
When the oil has settled, it is tapped into the usable bag-in-box packaging, which provides very good protection for the rapeseed oil and thereby extends the shelf life of the product.
The family at Nyborggaard in West Jutland, we ourselves are responsible for processing, bottling and packing the rapeseed oil, and in this way they ensure a high quality - all the way from farm to table.
