Gooseberry is a gentle oil made from organic gooseberry extract, in combination with organic sunflower oil, sesame oil and soybean oil.
Gooseberry is suitable for e.g. hair care, where it is known to help nourish dehydrated hair and moisturize the scalp.
Gooseberry is a valuable oil that is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and tannins that help the skin to look brighter and more supple.
Gooseberry oil has a high level of absorption ie. that it penetrates deep into the skin and maintains the skin's moisture level.
The organic gooseberry oil can be used directly on the skin, as a face oil.
The oil is also suitable as body oil, massage oil and can be used in homemade (DIY) face and body care products.
Skin type: Mature skin
Application:
Facial oil: To be used on lightly steamed and moist skin immediately after bathing or after cleansing the skin, warm 3-6 drops between the hands and massage into the warm skin
Body Oil: It is recommended to use the oil on damp skin immediately after bathing
Hair oil: Warm a few drops between your hands and massage the oil into the scalp and into the hair, let it work for approx. 30 minutes and then wash the hair with shampoo
The gooseberry oil (AmlaEmblica Officinalis (Alma) fruit extract*) can also be mixed with essential oils if you need fragrance or some of the properties found in the essential oils.
