Usage:
Use from 8 years
1 toothpaste tablet = one brushing of teeth
Chew the toothpaste tablet until it mixes with the saliva in the mouth
Wet the toothbrush with cold water and brush the teeth for at least 2 minutes.
Spit out and rinse your mouth with water (the foam should not be swallowed)
