Application:
1 pc. toothpaste tablets = one brushing of teeth
Chew on the chewable toothpaste until it mixes with your saliva in your mouth
Moisten the toothbrush with cold water and brush the teeth for at least 2 min.
Spit out and then rinse your mouth with water (the foam should not be swallowed)
