The mackerel is caught in a sustainable manner, where the species remains in balance. The mackerel is packed in BPA-free packaging and is placed in organic olive oil and tomato sauce.
It is worth noting that the fish is also treated gently during the production process, in exactly the same way as it has been done for hundreds of years in Spain.
Completely unreal for today's fishing, the mackerel is fished with a line from a fishing boat in the Atlantic Ocean close to the coast of Spain.
By using a line from a boat, it is possible to take into account endangered species, minimum sizes, fishing times and quotas.
