Small, delicious sardines with skin and bones, which are eaten with both parts and therefore the sardines have a so-called good crispness.
Sardines are caught in a sustainable manner, where the species remains in balance. The sardines are packed in BPA-free packaging and are placed in organic olive oil.
It is worth noting that the fish is also treated gently during the production process, in exactly the same way as it has been done for hundreds of years in Spain.
Completely unreal for today's fishing, sardines are fished with a line from a fishing boat in the Atlantic Ocean close to the coast of Spain.
By using a line from a boat, it is possible to take into account endangered species, minimum size, fishing times and quotas.
