The mackerel is caught in a sustainable manner, where the species remains in balance. The mackerel is packed in BPA-free packaging and is placed in organic olive oil.

Completely unreal for today's fishing, the mackerel is fished with a line from a fishing boat in the Atlantic Ocean close to the coast of Spain.
