Gluten-free and organic cornstarch from biogan is produced after extracting the germ of the corn grain, which is a white powder that is a super fine thickener.
Cornstarch is good for thickening dishes where you want a glossy appearance and where you do not want to use wheat flour, for example in cake cream, fruit porridge, sauces and stewed dishes.
When thickening, cornstarch is mixed with water and should be boiled for 3 minutes to achieve the right consistency.
