Beautiful, bright and very tasty organic half walnuts from biogan can be used as a delicious snack, in desserts, for baking, as a topping on salads, for cheese boards and tapas, etc.
Recipe for walnut bread:
25g yeast, 3 dl lukewarm water, 2 dl A38, 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, 150g coarsely chopped walnuts, 1½ tsp coarse salt, 2 tbsp malt flour, 300g sifted flour, 300g white wheat flour
Stir the yeast into the water
Add A38 and the other ingredients and beat the dough well and then knead well until the dough is firm
Shape the dough, cover it with a damp tea towel and let it rise in a warm place for approx. 1 ½ hours
Put the bread in a cold oven and set the oven to 200° and bake the bread for approx. 45 minutes
