Dark organic raisins from biogan, with sunflower oil added to prevent them from sticking together.
The tasty dark raisins come from the Thompson seedless grape variety.
Once the grapes are picked, they are sun-dried for 2-3 weeks. This is where they get their dark brown color and become super sweet and soft.
You can use the beautiful dark raisins in your baking, cooking, in your salads or just enjoy them as a snack.
Recipe for rye bread buns with raisins:
You will need: 5dl warm water, 50g yeast, 2 eggs, 10dl rye flour, 2dl raisins, 2 tsp salt, 2dl sesame seeds.
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add salt, eggs and raisins
Add the flour a little at a time while stirring the mixture
Set the dough aside and let it rise for 30 minutes
Wet your hands with water and form approx. 12 buns
Roll the buns in sesame seeds
Let them rise for 30 minutes on a baking sheet
After rising, put the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 185° for approx. 20 minutes
