Organic mung beans from biogan can be used in exactly the same way as lentils as a side dish, in your salad, soups, pastes, purees or in stews.
Mung beans have a mild and nutty taste. You can also fry them in a pan and eat them as a snack.
Preparation:
Mung beans do not need to be soaked before cooking them.
Rinse the beans thoroughly and cook them for about 15-30 minutes in a ratio of 1:5 (they absorb a lot of water)
