Organic rice flour can be used for various types of baked goods, noodles and porridge or for thickening sauces.
Rice flour has a very neutral taste, which means that it can be used in the vast majority of dishes.
Recipe for rice flour porridge:
165g rice flour, 1 ½ liters of whole milk and salt
Pour the milk into a thick-bottomed saucepan and bring to the boil
Add rice flour and stir well
Simmer over low heat for approx. 10 minutes
Season with salt
Serve with cinnamon sugar and limonade
