GEO GREENS organic alfalfa seeds for sprouting have a mild salad-like taste. They can be used raw in salads, on bread, in sandwiches, as toppings for soup, in wraps, in smoothies and as dips, etc.
Alfalfa seed sprouts are also called alfalfa sprouts, they are rich in proteins.
Method:
1. Soak the seeds in a cup and stir so that they sink to the bottom. They should soak for approx. 10 hours
2. Rinse the seeds and distribute them evenly in a germination container
3. Rinse with fresh cool water two or three times a day. Be careful not to use too much water pressure, as this can damage the sprouts
4. It takes up to six days from germination to leafing
