Preparation:
Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and soak them for 10-12 hours in a ratio of 4:1
Boil the chickpeas in fresh unsalted water for 45-60 minutes.

Recipe for hummus:
240g cooked chickpeas, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons tahini, 0.6 dl oil, 0.6 dl natural yogurt, 0.5 teaspoon salt
Mix all the ingredients together and add extra oil and yogurt if the hummus is too thick.
Season with salt and lemon juice.
