At least 72% cocoa in the dark chocolate.
Glucose syrup is from WHEAT but contains < 20 ppm gluten, which is designated as gluten-free. Glucose syrup from wheat is exempt from allergen labeling in the legislation (Regulation 1169/2011 Annex II).
