Magnesium chloride, extracted from a layer 1 mile deep in North Holland, has been naturally compacted and purified for 250 million years.
The fastest and most effective way to alleviate magnesium deficiency is through the skin - for example, by making a foot strap with magnesium chloride flakes added.
The magnesium flakes added to the bath water are absorbed into the porous epidermis and, through it, into the blood vessels and muscles where the magnesium effect is most immediate.
With enough magnesium, the body is more flexible, less tired, and better at healing.
A sufficient amount of magnesium in the body helps relieve and relax muscle cramps, improves sleep quality and facilitates sleep.
How to:
- Dissolve 150 g (about a glass of flakes) of flakes in warm water, put your feet in the water and relax for at least 20 minutes.
- Bath: Dissolve 250g of flakes in warm bath water and relax for at least 20 minutes.
- It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week on your feet or over your body. You can do this more often if necessary.
- Magnesium flakes can be used at any age as well as during pregnancy and lactation. For children we recommend halving the amount - their daily requirement is not as high as that of adults.
